3. Products & Services

  • ●Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.

4. International Orders & Customs

  • ●Buyer’s Responsibility: You are solely responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • ●Delivery Risks: Orders delayed or cancelled due to customs issues will be refunded. No compensation applies for third-party delays.

5. Payment

  • ●Prices are in NZD and include GST (if applicable).
  • ●Payment failures may result in order cancellation.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • ●Faulty Products: Provide photo evidence for full refund/replacement within 30 days.
  • ●Non-Faulty Returns: Unopened items only, within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • ●Exceptions: Clearance/customized items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

7. User Obligations

  • ●Prohibited actions: Fraudulent reviews, coupon misuse, automated scraping.
  • ●User-generated content grants Ariki Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for use.

8. Liability & Force Majeure

  • ●We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, data breaches).
  • ●Force Majeure: Pandemics, natural disasters, or government actions exempt us from delivery obligations.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • 2.Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be submitted to AMINZ (Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand).
  • 3.Jurisdiction: New Zealand courts govern all legal proceedings.
